TUNA CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
Kraft Deluxe Mac & Cheese
onions-chopped
greenpeppers-chopped
tuna 1-2 cans, drained
Adobo seasoning
black pepper
thyme
butter/margarine
salt(optional)
Carnation Evaporated milk
Directions:
In a small skillet, saute' a small amount of green pepper and onion in about 2 TBSP butter, with the tuna. Season with Adobo, thyme, pepper to taste. Simmer until onion and peppers are tender. Set aside.
Cook macaroni according to package directions. DO NOT add the cheese sauce yet.
After you drain the macaroni, combine 2TBSP butter, evaporated milk, tuna mixture and cheese sauce. Mix well.
Serve hot or cold, depending on preference.
