2 packages frozen buttermilk biscuit dough
2 cans of tuna, drained
Mayonnaise
cheese, tomato, lettuce, if desired
finely diced onion, to taste
1. Make the tuna, as desired, (mayo, onion, tuna), and mix well.
2. Take one package of dough and cut each biscuit in half, making semi-circles.
3. Open second package of dough. Place one semi-circle against side of whole biscuit, forming the turtle's "body".
4. Give extra dough to 3 year-old to keep him occupied.
5. Cook biscuits according to directions, but remove from oven 3 minutes earlier than time specified.
6. Take out of oven...Careful! they are hot! and stuff with tuna. Add cheese (if desired), and place back in oven for 5 minutes, or until biscuits are light brown.
7. Feed excess cheese and tuna to cat. Clean up kid and the dog with dough in its fur.
8. Place lettuce, tomato in with tuna, if desired. Serve hot, if you're lucky.
